Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant for luxury hotels, resorts, and events. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver high-touch service in an active outdoor setting.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, safety-conscious parking, and maintaining a presentable valet area. This non-exempt, full-time/part-time role offers pay that includes tips and base pay, with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while providing excellent service.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area at all times.
• Greet guests, assist with vehicle drop-off and retrieval, and answer inquiries professionally.
• Adhere to attendance, timekeeping, and tipping reporting policies.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Attend required staff meetings and complete training modules on time.
