Job summary

2coms seeks enthusiastic Hospitality Interns to gain hands-on experience across front office, guest services, housekeeping coordination, and event support. This role offers exposure to daily hotel operations and opportunities to build customer service and operational skills.

Selected interns will work with experienced professionals, assisting in administrative tasks and hotel activities while learning across departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office team with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Welcome guests professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
• Support the setup and organization of meeting rooms, banquet areas, and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and service spaces.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Support event coordination and daily operational activities as required.
• Follow company policies related to hygiene, safety, security, and service standards.
• Learn hotel operations across multiple departments and contribute to delivering an excellent guest experience.
