Responsibilities

  • Assist the Front Office team with guest check-in and check-out procedures.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Support the setup and organization of meeting rooms, banquet areas, and events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and service spaces.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Support event coordination and daily operational activities as required.
  • Follow company policies related to hygiene, safety, security, and service standards.
  • Learn hotel operations across multiple departments and contribute to delivering an excellent guest experience.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Hospitality Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands‑on experience across various hospitality functions, including front office operations, guest services, housekeeping coordination, event support, and administrative tasks. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and students who are passionate about building a career in the hospitality industry.


The selected candidates will work closely with experienced professionals, gain practical exposure to daily hotel operations, and develop essential customer service and operational skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist the Front Office team with guest check-in and check-out procedures.

  • Welcome guests professionally and provide exceptional customer service.

Salary: 1.5 to 2 Lac Per Month


Requirements


  • Minimum 5+ years of professional related to H ospitality, Tourism, or Culinary experience

  • Age limit: 18-34 years

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer - oriented attitude with a professional appearance and positive approach.

  • Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service principles is an advantage.

  • Comfortable using MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the hospitality industry.
