Chick-fil-A Firestone is seeking Hospitality Team Members to support front-of-house operations and guest experience in a fast-paced new restaurant opening in October 2025. You will join a team that emphasizes a positive, learning-focused culture and community involvement.

Hospitality Team Member Responsibilities:

• Champion Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Customer Service in all areas of responsibility
• Identify and act on opportunities to create memorable moments for guests and have a positive impact in our community
• Perform all Front of House restaurant roles (Register, Bagging, Expo, Food Running, Drink/Dessert preparation, Dining Room, etc) and related tasks with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and speed
• Understand, monitor, and engage in Food Safety practices at all times
• Process cash and credit card transactions correctly
• Complete opening, stocking, cleaning, and closing tasks as assigned
• Anticipate needs and move with intention and urgency in all areas of responsibility
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable; demonstrate a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A Firestone's uniform standards, policies, standards of conduct, and operational requirements at all times
• Other duties as assigned
