Job summary

Chick-fil-A is looking for friendly Team Members to join its front-of-house team. You will welcome guests, take orders at the front counter or drive-thru, and help maintain a clean dining and service area while observing health guidelines.

You’ll learn all roles under an experienced Operator and Leaders and contribute to a positive, people-focused environment. We value reliability, a cheerful attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask under busy conditions.

As an FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet all guests (drive thru, mobile, delivery partners and dine-in customers), take and prepare customer orders at either the front

counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining room, and restrooms. You are expected to observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves feeling well cared for.

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving each other and customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and character of integrity demonstrating exceptional customer service with a smile to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Team members must be available a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday. We are looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly and honest people.
