Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to handle long/irregular shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smiles, and menu questions.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system with modifications.
• Process payments and give correct change.
• Upsell items or combos based on promotions.
• Maintain cash drawer with proper procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds.
• Assemble orders per specifications and condiments.
• Keep work area clean and organized (front of house, dining area, restrooms).
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and perform daily cash handling.
