EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee operating 54 restaurants, is seeking Team Members to join our Knightdale locations. You’ll join a team focused on hospitality, integrity, and growth, with responsibilities from greeting guests to ensuring smooth operations and accuracy at the POS.

Formación

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, squat, reach, and tolerate varied temperatures.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer questions about the menu.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system, including modifications and special requests.
• Process cash, credit card and other payments, ensuring correct change.
• Suggest additional items or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders according to specifications, including packaging and condiments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area including counters, dining room, restroom and exterior.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
