Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group is hiring Team Members in multiple Burger King locations. You will greet guests, input orders into the POS, process payments, and suggest add-ons based on promotions. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining area, following food safety rules, and collaborating with teammates to ensure fast, friendly service.

Flexible scheduling is expected, including evenings and weekends. This role offers opportunities for growth within a people-first hospitality culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, make eye contact, smile and answer questions.
• Accurately input orders into the POS with modifications.
• Process cash, credit, and other payments with correct change.
• Suggest add-ons or combos based on promotions.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and cash handling accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns with respect and refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders per specifications, including packaging.
• Keep work areas clean and organized (dining, counters, restrooms).
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily procedures.
