Tommy's Express Car Wash in Powell, OH is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to greet guests, walk them through wash packages, and promote membership options with a friendly, low-pressure approach. You will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service and guiding guests through our quick 4-step presentation.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
• Ability to stand, move, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Responsabilidades

• Keep lobby, vacuum area, and tunnel clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

• Rotate through stations, support teammates, and help the site hit goals for guest experience and membership growth.

What You'll Do (Position Overview)

• Delight & Guide Guests: Greet guests with a smile, make them feel welcome, and walk them through our wash packages using our simple 4-step presentation.
• Share Member Benefits: Explain membership options and perks in a low-pressure, friendly way and help guests find the best fit.
• Connect & Educate: Talk with guests about our amenities and answer basic questions.
• Own the Space: Keep the lobby, vacuum area, and tunnel clean, organized, safe, and stocked with supplies.
• Protect Safety: Watch for safety or equipment issues and let a leader know right away.
• Make It Right: Listen to guest concerns and help resolve issues so they leave happy.
• Team Up for Results: Rotate through different stations, support your teammates, and help the site hit goals for guest experience and membership growth.

Physical Aspects of the Role

Ability to stand and move for extended periods; lift and move items up to 50 lbs; kneel, crouch, bend, and climb an 8-foot ladder as needed; safely enter and move around a service pit for cleaning and maintenance; work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; and clean/wipe down surfaces, including some that are slightly hard to reach (with proper tools provided). Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge or interest in the accounting industry is a plus. Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. A professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team. Flexibility to adapt to varying job duties and schedules as necessary.
