Job summary

Tommy's Express Houston is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to greet guests, guide them through the car wash process, and assist with the POS. You will help load customers onto the conveyor and provide a helping hand with any needs in the vacuum area.

You will also assist with equipment operation and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the facility. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the car wash process from POS to loading on the conveyor belt and assisting in the vacuum area.
• Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility and operate equipment as needed.

As a Team Member y ou will be on the front lines of our guest experience and responsible for various tasks. These include guiding customers through the entire car wash process: From our Point of Sale, through loading them safely onto our conveyor belt and providing a helping hand with any needs in our vacuum area. As well as this assisting with equipment operation, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
