Job summary

Tommy’s Express Houston is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to guide guests through the car wash process, from POS to loading onto the conveyor and assisting in the vacuum area. You will also help with equipment operation and keep the facility clean and safe, while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude. The role is fast-paced and involves teamwork and daily interaction with guests and staff.

Tommy’s Express is leading the car wash industry across the globe with innovation, technology, and design. We deliver the ultimate car wash experience. You will see the differences immediately with our attractive, iconic design of our facility. As a Team Member y ou will be on the front lines of our guest experience and responsible for various tasks. These include guiding customers through the entire car wash process: From our Point of Sale, through loading them safely onto our conveyor belt and providing a helping hand with any needs in our vacuum area. As well as this assisting with equipment operation, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
