Job summary

CAVA in Norman, OK is seeking Team Members to contribute to our Mediterranean-inspired menu and guest experience. You will work with managers to sustain hospitality, assist with opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling, and help train fellow Team Members.

Qualifications

• Provide hospitality and quality food to guests.
• Coach and cross-train team members as the business grows.
• Open/close restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and cash handling on shift.
• Uphold food safety practices and cleanliness standards across the team.
• Model sound decision making and resolve issues that may arise on shift.
• Assist deployment on shifts to ensure high levels of service interactions with guests.
