Job summary

Chick-fil-A Great Lakes Crossing in Michigan is seeking an Hospitality Team Lead to manage Front of House operations on scheduled shifts. You will coach team members, coordinate with the Kitchen Team Lead, and ensure food safety and service standards are upheld.

Openings include full-time and part-time, with training provided and opportunities for leadership development. Wages range from $18 to $20 per hour, and Sundays are always closed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience (Restaurant Manager or similar)
• Positive attitude and willingness to serve
• Dependable team player

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House/Hospitality operations during scheduled shifts
• Coach and develop team members with real-time feedback
• Coordinate with Kitchen Team Lead on directives and priorities
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness
• Ensure recipes, procedures, and Chick-fil-A standards are followed
• Balance quality, speed, accuracy and team care during shifts
