You will coordinate on-site interviews with hiring managers and maintain precise records in the ATS. The role emphasizes professional communication, compliance with employment laws, and collaboration with hiring managers to fill non-management positions in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or other high-volume service-industry environments preferred.
• Experience conducting interviews and phone screening candidates preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications for non-management positions to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess work history, skills, availability, communication style, and fit.
• Provide candidates with an overview of the company, position, scheduling expectations, and hiring process.
• Advance qualified candidates to on-site interviews with hiring managers and coordinate onsite interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Communicate professionally with applicants and managers regarding status of requisitions.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
• Occasionally support manager recruiting and HR projects as assigned.
