Gila River Resorts & Casinos is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead our enterprise-wide talent acquisition function in Chandler, AZ. You will own the end-to-end recruiting strategy across hourly, exempt, and leadership roles, building a high-performing team and driving superior candidate experiences.

You'll partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs, set SLAs, and optimize systems for quality and speed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience, including hospitality or high-volume hiring.
• 2+ years of people leadership or functional leadership of recruiters.
• Proven track record of improving recruiting outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of ATS/recruiting tech and data-driven operations.
• Proficient in using PCs, MS Office, HRIS and enterprise programs.

• Own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution across all departments.
• Set SLAs, standards, and improve quality and speed of hires.
• Lead workforce planning discussions with HR and operations.
