Job summary

Aimbridge Corporate is seeking a Senior Field Recruiter in Colorado with a strong hotel operations background. You will serve as a trusted partner to operations leaders, using recruiting best practices to hire General Managers and Directors of Sales across a high-volume portfolio.

The Senior Recruiter will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, advising hiring managers on market trends and role requirements while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, hospitality, or business administration.
• 3+ years of hospitality operations experience in a hotel environment.
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for hospitality and corporate roles.
• Utilize hotel operations knowledge to assess candidate qualifications and provide informed recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers, advising on requirements, market trends, and timelines.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offers, and communications.
• Ensure compliance with policies, background checks, and ATS usage.
