Qualifications

• 6+ years of food service industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience opening new operations and/or creating procedures from the ground up.
• Experience managing a team in various dining formats.

Responsabilités

• Set and enforce standards for hospitality operations and guest interactions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across food service outlets.
• Hire, evaluate, and develop staff; conduct 1:1 meetings and feedback.
• Coordinate events and catering requests; manage inventory and quality.
