Job summary

The Scott Resort & Spa in Scottsdale is seeking a dedicated stewarding teammate to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support culinary staff. You will sanitize dishware and equipment, keep stewarding areas tidy, and help with event setups and transport of dishes for on-site and off-site functions.

Preferred candidates have dishwashing or stewarding experience, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and basic English communication.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing/stewarding experience preferred; training available.
• Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize plateware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe stewarding areas including ballroom and loading dock.
• Sweep, mop floors, and manage floor drains.
• Ensure dishwashing and kitchen equipment are clean and compliant with health standards.
• Assist with serving for resort functions and events.
• Help transport dishes to hot boxes and off-property functions.
