Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement and legal authorization to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and move about the dining area.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression.
• Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Support dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain a clean dining room, and communicate table readiness to the team.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room.
• Work as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first.
