• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and ensuring memorable experiences.
• Supporting dining room service by stocking tables, refilling drinks, pre-bussing, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables and maintaining a clean dining room; communicating readiness to the team.
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards; light cleaning as needed.
