Job summary

Reporting to the Controller, Hospitality, you will ensure accurate financial records, maintain internal controls, and drive month-end close with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, expertise with ERP systems, and mentoring junior staff in a dynamic live entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations-intensive accounting roles.
• Experience in hospitality or entertainment environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system implementations for new lines of business.
• Review POS revenue and record in F&B GL.
• Reconcile POS and bank daily settlements.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Record journal entries for month-end close.
• Support ERP systems and reporting.
• Provide budgeting and forecasting assistance.
• Manage intercompany billings and cash settlements.
• Review GL accounts for A/P transactions.
• Support tax returns and remittance.
• Mentor junior accounting staff.
