The Cleveland Orchestra at Severance Music Center is seeking a Hospitality Specialist for seasonal part-time roles. You will support premium hospitality and donor events, bartending and beverage service, lounge and concession operations, and various setup/service tasks to ensure a superior guest experience.

Ideal candidates have bartending and F&B experience, professional presence, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualificações

• Prior bartending and food & beverage experience.
• Professional presence and positive energy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet Ohio age requirements for alcohol service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Alcohol service and food safety certifications and POS experience preferred.

Hospitality Specialist Seasonal Part-Time | Severance Music Center

You are a host, an ambassador, and an active participant in the guest experience. What You’ll Do

Hospitality Specialists support a variety of hospitality and food & beverage operations throughout Severance Music Center, including premium hospitality and donor events, bartending and beverage service, lounge and concession operations, weddings and special events, guest engagement and floor service, and event setup/service/breakdown.
