Role Description

The Full-Time Remote Hospitality Specialist will serve as a cornerstone of the guest engagement team, acting as the primary interface between our valued clientele and our operational framework. The role encompasses responsibility for ensuring seamless guest interactions, facilitating logistical coordination with on-ground teams, and maintaining the brand’s elevated service standards through every phase of the guest journey. The ideal candidate is poised, eloquent, exceptionally detail-oriented, and passionate about providing high-level service in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

1. Guest Communication Management

  • Serve as the initial and primary point of contact for guests via email, messaging platforms, phone, and CRM systems.
  • Respond to inquiries with precision, warmth, and brand-aligned professionalism.
  • Draft and deliver customized pre-arrival messages, welcome notes, and departure communications.

2. Booking Coordination and Itinerary Oversight

  • Manage reservation calendars, optimize occupancy strategies, and synchronize guest itineraries with internal and external teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation and logging of every booking, alteration, and cancellation.
  • Oversee check-in/check-out logistics and special requests coordination.
  • Communicate daily with cleaning crews, property managers, transportation vendors, and concierge staff to ensure service fulfillment.
  • Escalate and resolve operational issues in a timely and guest-centric manner.
  • Manage inventory logistics for amenities, welcome gifts, and guest-facing collateral.

4. Brand and Guest Experience Stewardship

  • Uphold and articulate the company’s tone, messaging, and values in all guest communications.
  • Identify opportunities for experiential enhancement based on guest profiles, preferences, or reviews.
  • Monitor and respond to post-stay feedback with care and strategic insight.

5. Cross-Departmental Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain meticulous logs of guest issues, resolutions, and reviews.
  • Provide regular reports on booking trends, guest satisfaction, and incident resolution.

Qualifications

Alquimia Hospitality Group offers a premium employment package reflecting the company’s appreciation for excellence.

  • Salary Range: $72,000 – $106,000+ USD annually, based on experience and performance
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Eligibility for annual performance-based bonus
