Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• High volume restaurant experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and service.
• Polished, professional, and energetic approach to floor management.
• Ability to work well in a systems-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and common restaurant systems and software.
• Able to adapt and align with company policies and values.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to create solutions for increased revenue and reduced spending.
• Collaborate with accounting personnel to report expenditures.
• Regularly collaborate on restaurant-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Recruit exceptional hourly staff and ensure they’re trained to meet company standards.
• Cultivate the restaurant’s in-house training program for all hourly positions.
• Participate in weekly Manager meetings.
• Work with the chef team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction by auditing menu items and communicating with guests during service.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment by following health regulations and maintaining security systems.
• Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other departments.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Adjust environment (music, lighting, temperature) to maintain atmosphere.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition.
• Other duties as requested.
