M Crowd Restaurant Group in Razzoos Harker Heights, TX is seeking a friendly Server to provide attentive, guest-facing service and guide guests through the menu.

The role requires 18+ years of age, at least one year of server experience, and strong customer service skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle POS transactions, and support coworkers to ensure a smooth shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year experience as a server.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and receive attentive, personalized service.
• Inform guests of specials, promotions, menu items, ingredients, and menu changes.
• Make guest focused recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Conduct age verification for alcoholic service following ABC requirements and Company procedures at all times.
