Job summary

M Crowd Restaurant Group in Harker Heights, TX is seeking a Server to provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

You will guide guests through the menu, inform them of specials, and deliver orders promptly while maintaining a welcoming environment. Candidates should have at least one year of serving experience and strong communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year experience as a server.
• Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of dining room operations and service procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and receive attentive, personalized service
• Inform guests of specials, promotions, menu items, ingredients, and menu changes
• Make guest focused recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
• Conduct age verification for alcoholic service following ABC requirements and Company procedures at all times
• Manage guest liquor consumption effectively and in accordance with ABC requirements and Company procedures
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
• Maintain clean service areas
• Prepare final bill, present check to guests, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable)
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise
• Be ready and willing to assist busser with clearing and resetting tables
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or director
