Razzoos Concord, part of M Crowd Restaurant Group, is seeking a Server to deliver friendly, attentive hospitality and guide guests through the menu. You will create a welcoming environment, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
• Ability to make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
• Proficiency in basic math, handle cash and card payments at POS
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Team oriented with a willingness to assist coworkers as needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with attentive, personalized service
• Inform guests about specials, promotions, menu items and changes
• Provide trusted menu recommendations your guests will enjoy
• Answer questions about food, beverages and restaurant services
• Take and enter food/bev orders in the POS system
• Deliver orders from kitchen/bar to guests promptly
• Verify age for alcohol service per ABC rules and company policy
• Maintain clean service areas and assist bussers as needed
• Prepare final bill and process payment accurately
• Support fellow servers and staff to ensure smooth operation
• Thank guests and invite them to return
