M Crowd Restaurant Group is hiring a friendly Host/Hostess for Razzoos Harker Heights in Harker Heights, TX. You will greet guests, seat them, present menus, and coordinate with servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Role requires excellent hospitality, clear communication, and the ability to manage wait times in a fast-paced restaurant. Minimum age 17, Food Handlers Certification preferred, eligibility to work in the U.S. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Ability to manage guest wait lists and provide accurate wait time estimates.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and welcome them to the dining experience.
• Record guest names and party sizes when seating is unavailable.
• Provide guests with estimated waiting times and notify them when tables are ready.
• Answer phone calls professionally following hospitality standards.
• Seat guests based on preferences and balance customer flow across stations.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set; relay messages to servers and bussers as needed.
