Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand instructions.
• Excellent guest communication and information sharing.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 15–30 lbs.
• SafeServ certification preferred; training provided by us.

Responsabilités

• Smile, make eye contact and engage guests in friendly conversation.
• Take beverage/meal orders from guests and enter into computer.
• Garnish dishes and serve beverages and food; present total costs.
• Inform guests about bakery, gift shop and local attractions; upsell when appropriate.
