Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Service Server to greet guests, seat them comfortably, and provide attentive food and beverage service. You will manage a daily schedule, assist with restaurant setup and maintenance, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, be able to speak English clearly, and work well within a team.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Clear communication with team members and guests is essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English above a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests and take orders with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Ensure table setups are clean and ready for guests, restock supplies as needed.
