Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Chandler, AZ is hiring immediate full-time or part-time dine-in servers.

You will be the core contact for guests, delivering a warm hospitality experience and guiding them through the menu. No prior experience is required as we provide training. You will learn our scratch kitchen standards and work with a team to ensure accurate orders and timely service, with pay that includes tips and potential benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
