Qualifications

• No prior dining experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol where applicable.
• Food Handler’s Card required or we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional hospitality experience to guests, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
• Understands the menu and can engage guests on selections and answer questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience, takes, places, and serves food and beverage orders, and processes payments.
• Knows seating layout and how to deliver food within the server areas.
