Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure proper presentation and service.
• Check station before/during/after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Adhere to liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Be familiar with menu items, preparation, and service procedures.
• Total checks, present to guests, and process payments.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
