Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution to ensure correct delivery and presentation.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness.
• Abide by liquor regulations for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Be familiar with all menu items, preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks and present to guests; accept payment.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
