Qualifications

• 1 year in hotel/restaurant serving role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure meals are presented well and correctly served.
• Keep station clean and organized before/during/after shifts.
• Comply with liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Know menu items, preparation, and service procedures.
• Total checks, present to guests and process payments.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
