Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Tulsa is seeking a friendly server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service across breakfast buffet, restaurant dining, bar, and room service. This role emphasizes hospitality, fast-paced service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will greet guests, take and enter orders into the POS, upsell items, monitor buffet and beverage service, support open shifts including weekends and holidays, and ensure cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a warm and welcoming experience.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service in all dining areas.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
• Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast buffet according to hotel standards.
• Monitor buffet quality, temperature, and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver orders promptly and verify guest satisfaction upon delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas.
• Assist with room service orders and delivery.
