Hyatt Regency DFW, located at Terminal C of DFW International Airport, is seeking a professional Security Supervisor to oversee safety and security operations and lead the Security team.

The ideal candidate balances guest service with safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment, responds to emergencies, conducts investigations, and prepares detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Guest service oriented in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of security, law enforcement, military, or related experience.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk moderate distances.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest, colleague, and property emergencies.
• Conduct investigations and complete accurate incident and accident reports.
• Monitor hotel premises and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Assist with training, coaching, and supervising Security Officers.
• Serve as the department leader in the Director's absence.
• Build positive relationships with guests while providing outstanding customer service.
