Job summary

Hyatt Regency DFW, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, colleagues, and property during afternoon/evening shifts. You will patrol, respond to emergencies, and enforce hotel policies while delivering exceptional guest service.

Ideal candidates communicate well, exercise sound judgment under pressure, and can work independently. The role requires flexibility for holidays and weekends, plus ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist guests with mobility

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass background screening.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Conduct routine patrols of guest areas and property.
• Respond to emergencies and assist guests and colleagues.
• Document incidents with detailed security reports.
