• Maintains sales files and reports

Responsibilities

• Maintain Sales files in an organized fashion and per standards.
• Answer phones and qualify inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist managers on proposals, contracts, and events.
• Ensure timely paper flow and cross-department communication.
• Assist guests with changes and paperwork for managers.
• Coordinate client needs and events and manage logistics.
