INSPIRE is seeking a highly organized, creative Hospitality Sales Specialist to support the growth of our U.S. Hospitality Sales team.

This role, based in Addison, TX, requires in-office attendance five days per week and collaborates across departments to develop client proposals, maintain Salesforce data hygiene, and produce critical business reporting. Qualifications

• Proficiency in PowerPoint; ability to produce polished proposals and templates.
• Writer's ability to craft compelling proposal content and copywriting.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality space to tailor proposals to hotel partners.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Development: create and tailor proposals and sales collateral; maintain template library.
• Reporting and Analytics: generate and distribute pipeline and renewals reports; support forecasting.
• Salesforce Administration: manage CRM data, dashboards, and onboarding of properties/users.
• Industry Engagement: represent INSPIRE at events and generate leads.
• Lead Generation: assist outbound campaigns and coordinate handoffs with teams.
