Job summary

INSPIRE is seeking a highly organized Hospitality Sales Specialist to support the U.S. Hospitality Sales team. The role focuses on developing client-facing proposals, maintaining Salesforce data hygiene, producing critical business reports, and supporting lead generation initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication and writing skills with analytical thinking, technical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In-office Addison, TX, five days per week.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and creating polished proposals.
• Ability to craft compelling proposal content and pitches.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality space to tailor hotel-focused proposals.

Responsibilities

• Create, customize, and maintain proposal presentations for prospective INSPIRE hotel partners, with strong storytelling and visuals.
• Generate and format recurring sales reports and support forecasting initiatives.
• Serve as primary Salesforce administrator, manage CRM data integrity and create dashboards.
• Represent INSPIRE at industry events and develop new leads as needed.
• Lead outbound prospecting in collaboration with other teams and ensure smooth handoffs.
