Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a skilled Sales & Marketing professional to drive revenue growth across accounts and markets in our Virginia Beach properties. The role emphasizes proactive solicitation, strategic planning, and collaboration with property teams to close lucrative opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have solid hotel sales experience, be able to develop creative proposals for events, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of CI experience required.
• Minimum of one continuous year in Sales in a full-service hotel required.

Responsibilities

• Targets accounts, markets, or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation.
• Partners with counterparts to effectively manage the business opportunity.
• Identifies, qualifies, and solicits new business to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
• Develops effective sales plans and actions.
• Maximize revenue by upselling packages.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
