Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson seeks a highly organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales Managers and Director. You will ensure seamless event coordination, manage critical communications, and deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external clients.

The role requires a detail-oriented hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and strives to create memorable guest experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Customer service or sales support experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative tasks and support sales-related activities for efficiency.
• Draft, review, and distribute correspondence to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate guest reservations, special requests, and amenities for exceptional experiences.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain organized records for events and client interactions.
