Job summary

Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica is seeking a Corporate/Leisure Sales Coordinator. You will support sales teams, handle client preferences, and prepare documents throughout the sales process in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Greet VIP guests, coordinate with cross-department teams, manage inquiries, and arrange site visits. Strong English skills, organization, and familiarity with Opera Cloud are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates client preferences to cross-departmental teams
• Review and action any special arrangements
• Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
• Prompt response to internal and external guests’ inquiries
• Perform site inspections of the property
• File all internal and external events bookings and maintain records
• Assist with incoming calls and emails to the Corporate and Leisure Office
• Complete reservations for travel agent rates, complimentary stays and site inspections
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and travel agency partners
• Attend department meetings and greet VIP clients and industry guests
