Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Charleston, SC to support daily sales operations and lead generation, helping drive new business and guest experiences. You’ll assist with contracts, proposals, and reporting while building collaborative relationships with sales peers and hotel partners.

You’ll identify and qualify new opportunities, participate in discovery calls, and support departmental initiatives and events to ensure efficient team operations and memorable stays for guests.

Qualifications

• Support sales operations and lead generation to drive new business.
• Assist with preparing contracts, proposals, RFP responses, and reports.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new accounts to build a qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales operations including data entry and Salesforce activity tracking.
• Support with contracts, proposals, RFP responses, and booking/loyalty reports.
• Generate and qualify new business leads by researching unmanaged and prospect accounts.
• Build relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales, customers, and hotel partners to identify opportunities and conduct discovery calls.
• Assist with special projects and events as needed.
