Qualifications

• College diploma or degree preferred, ideally in Hospitality or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
• Delphi experience is a plus.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant hospitality sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to assigned Sales Managers and Sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate and current information in hotel sales, catering, CRM, PMS, and other applicable systems.
• Track leads, inquiries, tentative business, definite bookings, and follow-up activities to help keep opportunities moving.
• Assist with preparing sales presentations, client proposals, site visit materials, and sales appointments.
• Create and distribute proposals, resumes, agreements, Banquet Event Orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Process and distribute sales documentation accurately and within established timelines.
• Assist Sales Managers with maintaining accurate account and contact information.
• Enter individual reservations as needed and support other reservation-related requests.
• Develop and maintain catering, banquet, and other sales tools that help the team showcase the hotel.
• Assist with site preparation and provide on-site support for client visits, meetings, and events.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and administrative requests.
