Job summary

Coury Hospitality's Hard Rock Hotel San Diego is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to coordinate group room blocks, manage reservations in Opera/Passkey/Amadeus, and liaise with Sales, Events and Front Office to deliver seamless group experiences. The role requires prior hotel reservations or group coordination experience, strong organization, and comfort with hotel systems.

You will manage multiple priorities, ensure accuracy, and support clients from booking through departure.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Sales, Reservations, Rooms, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating group rooms or hotel reservations preferred.
• Opera, Passkey, and/or Amadeus experience preferred.
• General understanding of hotel operations and the group sales process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Must meet professional appearance and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group room blocks and maintain accurate reservations.
• Enter and maintain group rooming lists and individual reservations.
• Communicate with clients regarding rooming lists, cutoff dates, and billing requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Events, Front Office, Reservations, Revenue Management and other departments.
• Provide administrative support for reporting and departmental projects.
