The role requires 2 years in hospitality, familiarity with Delphi.fdc, Opera and Cvent Passkey, plus a flexible schedule. Strong communication and customer-focused skills are essential to create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Proficient in MS Office and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Complete contracts and proposals with accuracy and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to execute group bookings in systems.
• Set up accurate billing for each group.
• Enter information into Sales, POS and Event Management systems.
• Regularly assist in booking individual reservations in special rate categories.
• Run group reports and maintain group bookings in property systems.
• Type, answer phones, send correspondence as required.
• Take leads by phone and email and process in system.
• Other duties as assigned.
