Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Pullman Miami Airport is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Executive Assistant to the General Manager to support the Sales team and GM in a 281-room, full‑service hotel environment. The role blends administrative duties with IT coordination and safety reporting to help drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales coordination or hospitality administration.
• Experience in a full‑service hotel environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud, CRM, sales systems or event/group management systems preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Director of Sales and Sales team.
• Coordinate IT service requests and system upgrades.
• Assist with Safety, Risk Management and Sustainability reporting.
• Assist with executive calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for executives, VIP guests, vendors and business partners.
