Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience is required.
• Experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently at front desk with check-ins/outs.
• Maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
• Handle reservations and cancellations with accuracy.
• Process payments following established procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest requests and issues.
• Support pre-registration and group block arrangements.
